RealTime DC signs first customer in Middle East
RealTime DC has signed its first customer in the Middle East region, Accuro ME. The recent FM Expo in Dubai was RealTime DC’s first steps to introducing its mobile data capture solutions to the United Arab Emirates and to the Middle East as a whole. Accuro are going to be using the Maximiser quality monitoring solution as of September 2009. Maximiser, which is currently used by a third of NHS trusts, is a highly effective handheld quality monitoring software solution providing a structured approach to quality monitoring against any service level. Used to support inspections against any criteria and scoring system, Maximiser allows you to conduct live quality monitoring inspections, collect comments, signatures and images as you go, saving unnecessary administration and re-keying for further analysis. Maximiser has been designed to undertake any number of inspections and is suitable for any industry that needs to regularly qualify a service standard.
Accuro will be using Maximiser as an integral part of the service they are delivering to the Welcare Hospital in Garhoud. By using Maximiser, Accuro will be sure that they are providing the best possible service and will be able to use this to prove the service levels that they are offering to their customer. Accuro will be rolling Maximiser out to other hospitals in the future. Giles Dale, the CEO of Accuro said that “In order to continuously improve the value of our specialist support services, it is of fundamental importance that we have in place a reliable, robust and accessible service output measurement system. Maximiser provides just that in a highly user-friendly and flexible package combined with global web-based accessibility.” Brian Pellett, MD of RealTime DC expressed his delight at the speed in which RealTime’s first contract in the Middle East was signed. He said “to come over here for the first time at the end of May and then be installing on site at the beginning of September is phenomenal. I am pleased that Accuro can see for themselves the great benefits that Maximiser will bring their business and I look forward to a successful ongoing relationship with them”.
